  • Grapefruit: to clear heat, constipation, to eliminate bad breath, foul smells,  to refresh, to eliminate fatigue, lower blood pressure, aid digestion, beauty, soothing diet.
  • Guava: the highest nutritional value of fruits, seeds can release constipation and enhance. This is very nutritional tropical fruit.
  • Mango: to treat motion sickness, vomiting and to be cooked flesh can be deposited burns, water burns, pain and inflammation, allergies, but it should not eat while one has wound.
  • Mulberry: Adjustable digestion, cure stomach ailments, constipation,  prevent cold, ( leaves added Sugar or brown sugar drunk as a tea is a cooling drink in summer.
  • Orange: to prevent cold. It can be antipyretic, expectorant, anti-constipation, thirst, rub the skin with anti-inflammatory analgesic effect, there are cosmetic effect.
  • Papaya: to enhance metabolism and be good for weight loss.
