Cook for your beloved one with Love


Apple: apple juice is good for constipation, apples can to stop diarrhea, nourish the skin.
Carrot juice: to stimulate bile secretion, and in cholesterol, increase intestinal wall and calm nerves.
Dates:  to release constipation, diuretic and stomach fluid (not too fasting food, must ponder over the slow swallow).
Exotic fruit juice: rich in vitamin C,   stop vomiting and diarrhea.
Grapefruit juice: lower cholesterol, prevent colds and bleeding gums.
Lemon: enhance digestion, excessive sweating, loss of appetite, physical fatigue, weight loss.

Longan: to improve memory, regulate heartbeats and good for neurasthenia, insomnia as tonics.
Lychee: to enrich blood circulation and lung health and promote blood circulation.
Peach:  to be good for release indigestion.
Pears: to be good for detoxification, cough and phlegm.
Persimmon: to be good for release constipation.
Pineapple: a strong effect on human tissue, can cure indigestion, loss of appetite, pulp friction skin can cure excessive sweating.
