How to Relieve the Low Back Pain? (Self Help Skill)
If you have low back pain, don’t lose you faith to get your health back. There are some exercises, food, herbs and supplement that can help to relieve your discomfort and lead to walk to a healthy life.
Exercise:
1. Standing straight and lean your back against the wall about 10 min. every days.
2. Stretch exercise: Yoga, Pilates and so on.
3. Breathing exercise: Gi-Kung.
4. Deep breathe 3 times every time after you get injured accidentally.
5. Avoiding lifting too heavy items.
6. Doing bar exercise (to hang yourself on the bar as long as you like, but be careful not to fall down from the bar): important point: your feet have to touch no floor and your body have to be straight without bending any part of your body.
Food:
1. Red bean soup without sugar. (Important point: no sugar)
2. Black beans and ribs soup.
3. Lamb Soup.
4. Warm milk (cow or sheep): Important point: Do not drink cold milk!.
5. Seasoning herbs with function of helping blood circulation: Ginger, basil, cinnamon, peppers, curry powder, garlic, onions, green onions and so on.

1. Korean Ginseng and Chinese Ginseng: These kinds of ginseng have a lot of Yung energy.
2. Ba1 Zhen1 (八珍): Chinese and Taiwanese herbal formula..
3. jyen1 guei4 shen4 qi4 wan2 (金櫃腎氣丸): Chinese and Taiwanese herbal formula.
4. guei1 lu4 er4 xian1 wan2 (龜鹿二仙丸): Taiwanese herbal formula.
5. qiang1 yao1 shen4 qi4 wan2 (強腰腎氣丸): Chinese and Taiwanese herbal formula.

Keeping Colds and the Flu Away
Keeping Colds and the Flu away.
1. Washing your hands frequently.
2. Avoiding putting your hands near your eyes, nose or mouth.
3. Don’t stay up too late at night (sleeping too late is not good for livers. And it make people become aging quicker)
4. Trying to get enough sleep (at least 8 hours).
5. Drinking more water (8 glasses a day)
6. Doing regular exercise. (Yoga is one of good exercises to be practiced at home.)
7. Eating more vegetables and less meat.
8. Drinking ginger tea if you have got wet from the rain (helping to get ride of extra moisture from your body). Ps. If you have a sore throat, please don't drink ginger tea.

Female Body Maintance Skill -The Period
1.10 Days Before the Period:
(1) Avoiding having direct cold food from a fridge. If it can’t be avoided, there is a solution. The food should be took out of the fridge about 20 min. before eaten.
(2) No spicy food.
2. During the Period.
(1) Avoiding eating cold food from a fridge.
(2) No spicy and deep-fried food.
(3) No cold shower or bath.
(4) No sex.
(5) No lifting heavy-weight items.
(6) Drinking ginger brown sugar tea
(7) Don't take medicine or herbs without doctor's prescription.
3. After the Period:
(1) Taking food with high iron, such as red grapes, red beans, black beans.
(2) Taking more Chinese herbs: shi4 wu4 (Chinese herbs, Taiwanese herbs, ba1 zhen1 Chinese herbs, Taiwanese herbs), chung1 jiang4 tang1 (Japanese herbs) and so on.
(3) Taking more Chinese soups: Ma2 you2 ji1 soup.
Recipes:
Dark Brown Sugar Tea
TeaTraditional way:
Ingredient:3 cups of water, 1+ 1/2 soupspoons of dark brown sugar, 3 slices of old ginger root. Cooking method: to mix all ingredients all together and boil them. After boiling, simmer it for 5 min.. When water becomes 2 cups, then it can be served.
Modern way:
Ingredient:
1 cup of water, 1/2 teaspoons Ginger powder, 2 teaspoon dark brown sugar. Mix them together in a cup, then serve it.How to take:
One cup in the morning after breakfast and one cup before sleeping (the first day and the third day).
Black Bean Soup:.
Ingredient:
1 cup of black beans, 6 pig ribs, 6 cups of water.
Cooking Method:
Soak black beans for 4 hours before using. Mix all ingredients together and boil them. After boiling, simmer them around 45 min. then serve it.
How to take:
Take it as normal soups.
Ma2 You2 Ji1 soup:
Ingredient:
Half a chicken with bones ( chopped into the size you like), one or two old ginger roots ( can be sliced or hammered ), half an cup of black sesame oil, 6-8 cups of water, one bottle of rice wine (if you don’t like strong favor, you can just add one cup or none)
Cooking method:
Pour sesame oil into the hot wok. When oil is hot, put ginger slices or hammered ginger to stir-fry together. When the ginger flavor comes out, put the chopped chicken and wine to stir-fry together. After that, pour the water and boil it. After the soup is boiled, turn down the fire to simmer for 50 min.
How to take: Take it as normal soups.
