How to Relieve the Low Back Pain? (Self Help Skill)

If you have low back pain, don’t lose you faith to get your health back. There are some exercises, food, herbs and supplement that can help to relieve your discomfort and lead to walk to a healthy life.

Exercise:
1. Standing straight and lean your back against the wall about 10 min. every days.
2. Stretch exercise: Yoga, Pilates and so on.
3. Breathing exercise: Gi-Kung.
4. Deep breathe 3 times every time after you get injured accidentally.
5. Avoiding lifting too heavy items.
6. Doing bar exercise (to hang yourself on the bar as long as you like, but be careful not to fall down from the bar): important point: your feet have to touch no floor and your body have to be straight without bending any part of your body.

Food:
1. Red bean soup without sugar. (Important point: no sugar)
2. Black beans and ribs soup.
3. Lamb Soup.
4. Warm milk (cow or sheep): Important point: Do not drink cold milk!.
5. Seasoning herbs with function of helping blood circulation: Ginger, basil, cinnamon, peppers, curry powder, garlic, onions, green onions and so on.
