Keeping Colds and the Flu away.
1. Washing your hands frequently.
2. Avoiding putting your hands near your eyes, nose or mouth.
3. Don’t stay up too late at night (sleeping too late is not good for livers. And it make people become aging quicker)
4. Trying to get enough sleep (at least 8 hours).
5. Drinking more water (8 glasses a day)
6. Doing regular exercise. (Yoga is one of good exercises to be practiced at home.)
7. Eating more vegetables and less meat.
8. Drinking ginger tea if you have got wet from the rain (helping to get ride of extra moisture from your body). Ps. If you have a sore throat, please don't drink ginger tea.
